We went to the doctor on Monday 4/19. Eloise weighed 12lbs 4oz (I was off by a pound. I thought she would be 13lbs 4 oz) 24 3/4 inches long. 10th percentile for weight and 50th for length. The doctor said she is right where she needs to be and has plenty of baby fat. So cute.
She rolled over yesterday, but won't do it today. I guess she just got too tired. I'm so lucky to have such a cute baby. She is so smiley lately. Every morning when I go to get her up she gives me a huge grin and now sometimes when I'm feeding her she'll just stop and look up at me and smile. Precious.
I have felt so tired this week and not sure why. Some of it has been because of what Brian calls getting a "duck" instead of duct (plugged duct). The other part I'm not sure about, but does a mother ever need a reason to be tired can't she just say she is and everyone understands? Not that I'm putting the blame solely on that but it's just easier to say that and not think more into it I guess. Just a blah blah day. Lots to do and not feeling like doing it. Oh well, I better go do it anyway.
Sorry for the blah day...it feels like that describes my week. Jon sick, then Jack sick, and me too busy taking care of people and the house to get sick.
ReplyDeleteEllie is so cute, I want to hold her! Glad to hear her check-up went well and she is healthy. I wish we weren't sick over here and we could all get together.
P.S. I like your playlist, did you get it from Twilight? I was just telling Jon last night how I liked the soundtracks from both Twilight movies and need to download them.
