Halloween 2011
We had fun decorating and dressing up this year. We painted our pumpkins in the sesame street theme. Brian went as Peter Pan, I was Wendy, Eloise was Tinker Bell, and Russell was baby Michael. It's pretty funny that Ella went as a brunette Tinker Bell while her cousin Kate went as a blond Dorothy. As Brian pointed out, it's always fun to be what you're not ;). We had a great time trick or treating with Marina and Angela's kids and when all was over we enjoyed some of the candy and I took the rest up to work to get rid of it. We could only handle so much of Eloise's shrieking and tantrums for candy. Now that it is out of the house it is out of mind and now she can ask constantly for crackers instead ;). Brian and I are on a weight loss track for the holidays and I hope we make some good changes to carry on for life. Exercise is going well and we hope to look great when January rolls around and we're taking tons of photos for Heather and Logan's wedding! Happy Holidays everyone. Sorry the pictures are all askew. I didn't have time to mess with blogger right now. If anyone has any suggestions to make moving them around easier please let me know.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, costumes are awesome, pumpkins awesome, decorations way better than mine although you should think about getting lights & a spooky sounds CD. You are rockin at doing holidays! I did great about eating no candy but then blew it the last few days. I think I've eaten 2lbs of chocolate & got very sick. So I hope you can do well on your diet!!!! Good luck! We'll compare figures at Christmas! LOL!!!
